I’m Andrew Elliot — BEng, MSt (Cantab). I work as an architectural designer at a design-led practice in Suffolk, and through Ove Studio, I bring that same attention to form, light, and detail to architectural photography.
My background in architecture shapes how I approach each project — from understanding how a building sits in its landscape to noticing the quiet significance of material choices or how light moves through a space. Years of drawing, modelling, and making have trained me to see buildings not just as compositions, but as lived experiences worth capturing.
Ove Studio is named after my grandfather, Ovelyn — or Ove to his friends — who introduced me to photography through his film cameras. That early influence, combined with my design training, forms the foundation of the way I work today: thoughtful, attentive, and grounded in both craft and context.
